I started making teas because I wanted something that felt real.
Something intentional.
Everything I consume, I try to consume with the intention of bettering myself, my life, and my health in some way. I have always cared deeply about what I bring into my body and what purpose it serves.
Tea became a really natural extension of that.
At first, I was simply creating blends for myself. I would choose herbs based on how I wanted to feel, what I wanted to support, or what intention I wanted to bring into that moment.
Then I started sharing those creations with my family and friends.
And they loved them.
That was the first little sign that maybe these things I was making were not meant to stay only with me.
From there, I began creating botanical bath soaks too. Again, I started with intention first, creating something that could turn an ordinary moment into a ritual.
The people around me kept telling me that I needed to share what I was making with the world.
At first, I was not completely sure that was the path for me.
It did not feel 100% clear yet.
But as I continued growing into myself and becoming more aligned with the life I felt called to live, things started to shift.
I began practicing Reiki.
My intuition deepened.
My third eye opened in a way that completely changed how I understood myself, my purpose, and the way I connect with the world around me.
It felt like waking up.
And that was when I started to understand that helping others along their own journeys was going to be part of mine.
But I also realized something else.
Growth requires consistency.
And all my life, one of the things I had been most consistent about was being inconsistent.
I would feel inspired, start something, change direction, lose momentum, and begin again.
But tea was different.
Brewing tea was easy for me to return to.
It became something I naturally did again and again without forcing myself into it.
So I started putting even more intention behind that simple act.
Instead of tea being just something I drank, it became a ritual.
A moment to pause.
A moment to choose how I wanted to feel.
A moment to set an intention for my day, my evening, my healing, or whatever season of life I happened to be moving through.
And slowly, those rituals became Fayleo Botanicals.
The more steps I took in this direction, the more opportunities seemed to appear.
The more aligned I became with myself, the more growth I began to see around me.
Not only in my own life, but in the lives of the people I love too.
That is what makes all of this feel so meaningful to me.
I do not want Fayleo Botanicals to simply be about selling tea.
I want these blends to be little reminders that change can begin with something small.
Consistency can begin with one ritual.
Alignment can begin with one intentional choice.
Sometimes the first step toward becoming the person you want to be is simply creating one small practice you can return to every day.
For me, that practice was tea.
And now I am here to share it.
I am here to help others grow into greater alignment with themselves, their intentions, and the lives they want to create.
And for Fayleo Botanicals, that journey begins with a cup of tea.
Sip with intention.
